1. Agreement to Terms

3. Payment & Subscription
Fees for our Services are provided in our proposals. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% initial payment is required before project commencement. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content, designs, code, and strategies developed by Brandstailer remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client is granted a perpetual license for the intended use.

Final assets ownership transfers upon full payment.

We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio.

Third-party assets are subject to their respective licenses.
5. User Conduct & Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Responsibility for content provided to us for marketing.

6. Limitation of Liability
Brandstailer, its directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Site or our Services.

7. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
